Introduction to Skeet Shooting Clinic

Happy New Year!

Jeff Allen and volunteer coaches will be offering an Introduction to Skeet Shooting Clinic.  Attendance will be limited to 12 but we encourage you to sign up for the waitlist if this class is full.  

Students should bring:

• Eye and Ear Protection (ear plugs preferred instead of earmuffs for shotgun shooting) Always Mandatory.
• Belted shell pouch/holder or shooting vest with pouches (no bending over to pick up ammo)
• Target Load ammo - #7 ½ , 8 or 9 shot size. (4 boxes)
• 12 or 20 ga Semi Auto or Break action O/U or S/S.  Skeet and/or Improved Cylinder Chokes
• • No home defense or riot shotguns for skeet/trap shooting lessons.
• Small notebook/pad – pencil or pen are always needed for note taking

Member and/or Guests are responsible for all target cost and payment.

Safety is Priority #1.  Never walk in front, load or repair a loaded, cocked & activated clay target machine. Firearms OPEN and Unloaded always until on the station or post.   (Target Thrower house safety and “How to Use” operation will be discussed)
